Dear Mr. Robertson:

I am writing to place comment on the record and ask that you deny Timberland Conversion Permit #530 on the following grounds:

1. The watershed conditions would not be suitable for the uses proposed if the conversion were approved.

2. This conversion is not in the public interest.
 
3. Inadequate and inaccurate Cumulative Effects Analysis has been performed.

4. CEQA prohibits “piecemealing,” dividing one project into several and conducting environmental review of some or all of the parts, rather than the whole.
